Members of the comittee that has spent more than a year planning the city's upcoming 250th birthday bash gathered for a group shot at one of their final, pre-celebration meetings Tuesday afternoon.

The marker has been installed in the flat, open section of the steps in front of City Hall, and will be formally dedicated Saturday, July 20, during the opening ceremonies of the sestercentennial celebration.
